What is Computer Telephony Integration (CTI), Unified messaging?

messages. Plus, if an important customer calls and you are unavailable,
CTI can provide that customer with additional information and options
for transferring the call.
On a separate note, Megabytes has finished evaluating Altigen but
has not decide on a product that provide the functionality, not
only today but tomorrow with cost that makes financial sense. Remember,
